Ownership of the product remains with ViTheme.

4. Updates & Support

Future updates or new features are provided at ViTheme’s discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All products, source code, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and other content remain the intellectual property of ViTheme.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate this License Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the product and remove all copies from your devices and servers.
