1. Digital Products
All products available on ViTheme, including WordPress Themes, Shopify Themes, HTML Templates, Webflow Templates, React & Next.js Templates, and Figma UI Kits, are delivered digitally. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund if:
- The product contains a critical defect that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- The product is significantly different from its description.
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You have not downloaded the product and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
